Electronics Service Technician
Location: Loveland, CO
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronic Service Technician to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. In this role, you will build, test, troubleshoot, and repair advanced high-voltage and high-power electronic equipment. Working closely with engineering and production teams, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment with less than 10% travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical hardware using electrical schematics, diagrams, and CAD drawings
- Diagnose and repair high-power, high-voltage, and RF devices
- Perform work on electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and product assemblies
- Provide technical troubleshooting support via phone, video conference, and email as needed
- Support production schedules and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Work a daytime schedule with no swing or night shifts
Qualifications
Required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of successful experience as an electronics technician
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electro-mechanical systems and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain required export control authorization
Preferred
- Experience with RF and/or X-ray testing
- Proficiency using spectrum analyzers and vector network analyzers
- Familiarity with Agile or comparable document management systems
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Stand for extended periods
- Stoop, kneel, and work overhead
- Climb stairs
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
